When can I expect to receive my order?
PROCESSING TIMES: 1 to 5 business Days. However, during sale events these processing times maybe extended.
SHIPPING TIMES ESTIMATED:
Australia: 1-10 Business Days
Overseas: 10-45 Business Days

** All orders may take longer to deliver due to longer transit times with Australia Post due to Covid19.
What are the specifications for the greeting cards?
White 220gsm Acid Free - Textured Cardstock
A6 Size Folded Card (Finished Size 10.5cm X 14.8cm or 4.1" X 5.8") with Brown Kraft Envelope.
We print all our cards ourselves in our studio using premium archival inks. All cards are made using high quality products. Cards individually packed in quality cello bag for extra protection. The inside of the card is left blank for your own personalised message.
Do I get a discount for buying cards my cards in bulk?

Does Mum and Me Handmade Designs wholesale?
Yes we offer wholesale for our greeting cards! Please contact us via our wholesale contact form. We would love to hear from you.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
You are permitted to browse this website for personal use only. All images that appear on this site are protected by relevant Copyright legislation; all rights reserved. Unauthorised use of any images or material from the Mum & Me Handmade Design web site is not permitted.
It is extremely important to me that you are completely satisfied with your goods. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, then we will organise an exchange for you. We do not refund for change of mind. Please note that we can only exchange items if you return them to us in a saleable condition.
All returned items must be: -
- unused, unopened and in original condition
- clean and undamaged
- returned within 14 days of delivery
- in a saleable condition upon return
You will be responsible for all postage costs. However, if the goods are different from the original order, then they will be replaced at no additional cost. If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact me and we will try and work out a solution ASAP.
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.
